Commercial Contract Structuring
✔ Drafting and Mediation: We develop transparent and balanced international contracts in accordance with global regulations (GAFTA/FOSFA rules)
✔ Setting Terms: We coordinate pricing, shipping windows, quality specifications (moisture, impurities, non-GMO), and appropriate Incoterms (FOB at ports of origin such as Santos, Paranaguá, Rosario, or Buenos Aires; or CIF at European ports such as Valencia, Barcelona, or Rotterdam)
Financial and Payment Guarantee
✔ Risk Mitigation: We oversee the opening and implementation of irrevocable and confirmed Letters of Credit (L/Cs), or other agreed-upon international payment instruments.
✔ Mutual Protection: We guarantee payment to the producer upon shipment and assure the buyer that their funds will only be released upon delivery of the required shipping documents.
Logistics Coordination and Quality Control
✔ Inspection at Origin: We coordinate with international auditing companies (SGS, Cotecna, or Bureau Veritas) to certify the weight and quality of the cargo before the warehouses or containers are sealed.
✔ Transit Tracking: We monitor customs clearance in Argentina/Brazil and track transatlantic ocean freight until its arrival in Europe.
